Processing Time
Orders are processed within 5-10 business days. Please allow extra time during peak periods or holidays. You'll receive an email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Locations
Shipping is currently available within Canada and the United States.

Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping rates are applied at checkout based on your selected delivery method. Sticker and stationery orders ship via lettermail, this means no tracking on most standard orders.. 

• Free untracked shipping on stickers and other flat items over $10
• Free tracked shipping on orders over $75 (only in Canada at this time)
  

Once shipped, delivery timelines vary by region. We are not responsible for lost or delayed mail once a package has been handed to the carrier. For tracked shipments, please refer to your tracking number for updates.
